COVID-19 Update AUGUST 11th 2020

As of  12noon Wednesday 12th August we will be at Alert Level 2.  The advice from the New Zealand Ministry of Health is that we can continue to operate our services and see people in person but with specific measures in place:

 -  physical distancing

 - please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible and sanitise your hands with the available sanitiser at the reception entrance

 -  record keeping; because we already have your details on record we do not require any additional information

our clinicians will be following infection prevention and control measures including hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette and we ask that you do the same

-  we will undertake regular cleaning of high touch surfaces

-  we ask our clients to not attend their appointments in person when they are sick.  Our clinician's will be observing the same protocols

Video and phone consultations are still an available option should people prefer this over in person appointments. This can be arranged through your clinician or our reception. Please contact the practice on or phone on (04) 472 0710.

All our clinicians are currently fully booked with lengthy waitlists.  Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept new clients unless you have been seen before by one of our psychologists.
