COVID-19 Update 23rd January 2022

As of midnight Sunday 23rd January 2022 we are operating at traffic light setting Red under the COVID-19 Protection Framework   We have been preparing for this and are ready to transition.

We will continue to offer a range of options for  conducting our appointments including face to face, Telehealth and phone, depending on individual circumstances. In the days and weeks ahead we expect that the need for remote appointments will increase significantly and encourage you to take this option.  Please contact your Clinician or our office on if you wish to make an online appointment.  If any of our clinician's are working virtually they will be in contact with you prior to your next appointment.

If you attend an appointment at our rooms please be aware of the following requirements:

1. COVID Screening Questionnaire will be emailed to you  the day before your appointment.  If you answer YES to any of the questions we will move the appointment to Telehealth.

2. On arrival please scan the QR code on entry and sanitise your hands.

3. Masks are mandatory throughout your time at our offices.  All of our clinicians are fully vaccinated and will also be wearing masks throughout.

3. Physical distancing measures - we have created a 2 metre space between seating in our waiting room and in our consulting rooms.

4.  We have staggered our appointments to prevent crossover in the waiting room. We ask that you arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to avoid unnecessary waiting. Our clinicians will be keeping strictly to their appointment times.

5. We will be increasing our ventilation in the practice, including opening the windows in our practice rooms.   The temperature may vary, and road noise may be more obvious as a consequence.

Please contact us on if you have any questions.  Sydney our receptionist will be available throughout the day via email to answer any queries and she will be liaising closely with your psychologist. Take care and thank you for your patience.  The team at WPA.

All our clinicians are currently fully booked with lengthy waitlists.  Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept new clients unless you have been seen before by one of our psychologists.
