COVID-19 Update 28th February 2021

We are now operating at Alert Level 2 and continue to offer our services but with a few changes to ensure you and our clinician's stay well.

* We continue to observe infection prevention and control measures that include hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, cough etiquette  and ask that you do the same.

* We have reduced the number of shared surfaces and regularly disinfect them.

* If you are unwell please do not attend your appointment in person and advise your psychologist via email, or email info@welpa.co.nz or phone (04) 472 0710.  We are able to offer video consultations (Zoom & FaceTime) and phone consultations by arrangement if you are unwell or prefer to stay home at this time.

* We are observing physical distancing in our waiting and clinic rooms, and stagger our appointments to avoid crossover. We ask that you arrive at your appointment as close to your appointment time as possible to minimise unnecessarily waiting.

* Please on arrival ensure you scan the QR code at the entrance and utilise the sanitiser before entering reception. Masks are available should you wish to wear one.

All our clinicians are currently fully booked with lengthy waitlists.  Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept new clients unless you have been seen before by one of our psychologists.
